BRAND POLICY: There is a 20% charge for brand preference for vacuum tube purchases unless the brand is already listed priced for a particular tube. RETURN POLICY: All of our tubes are tested before shipment. Some tubes are white-boxed if the original box is insufficient. If there is a problem with the tube quality, please send them back to our mailing address for replacement or refund with a description of the problem. Tubes broken in shipment are generally the responsibility of the carrier, as we pack our items safely. Postal insurance is available and recommended if you have any concerns.
